Our production engineers work closely with tool manufacturers to ensure the most up to date, energy and labor efficient techniques are employed. Manufacturing operations are supported by a team of engineers who use the latest offline 2D, 3D and multi axis programming software to simulate machining times. Customer models can be imported into software to create rapid manufacturing and inspection programs. The ability to model components and programs direct from your electronic files eliminates costly mistakes and allows us to collaborate with you on final design long before material is purchased or cutting begins. This process eliminates mistakes and machining re-work at a later stage saving you time and money.

The MecaProtoSwiss division manufactures precision machined parts in a wide range of materials including exotic metals and plastics. Active since 1965, our expertise in precision machining has continued to grow and now covers most disciplines including CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Toolmaking and Automation. Our machining capabilities cover prototyping as well as small to medium series. We provide machining on conventional and CNC machines with turning feeding up to 150mm and milling filling up to 500mm. Our quality engineers are fully trained and in the use of CNC CMMs, profile projectors, surface finish testing assuring finished components and assemblies comply with all client specifications.

Working to tight aircraft and military schedules, MecaProtoSwiss is able to demonstrate excellent manufacturing management to ensure spot orders. MecaProtoSwiss is creating collaborative relationships across its supply chain to further improve the ability to provide aerospace machined components and assemblies.
